General Rules

  • Discipline must be maintained in the Institute, at all times.
  • Misconduct in the shape of disobedience with the Authorities/ Faculty members will not be tolerated, non-observation of proper       discipline may lead the students to suspension or expulsion from NICE.
  • The syllabus given to the student can be changed or altered keeping in view the latest technologies and developments.
  •  Fees once paid is not refundable for any reasons under any circumstances.
  • Students must be punctual and regular both in theory and in practical, failing to which, intimation will be sent to their house by post.
  • A student who is defaulter in payment of outstanding fee, will not be allowed for classes, until the outstanding dues are cleared.
  •  All course fees included, cost of Books/ Study Materials/ Examination Fees/ Library Cost/ Postal/ Or any other charges. (no extra fees are changed/ demanded at the time of issuing certificate / diploma)
